Firdaus says: Once upon a time, in the Zeta Reticuli star system, a battle between galactic pirates erupted. The era of pirates conflict was known as Great Age of Space Pirates. The *space* pirates used to identify themselves with pirate flags called Grey Roger, inspired by very first pirate flag own by a legendary *space* pirate named Grey D Roger. The flag symbolize a Grey skull crossed with serpent weapons.

Peter says: Ever since I started submitting designs for the blog I have been trying to think of a nice design based on Armour, Exoskeletons, and Mecha. This design is inspired by those things to achieve an bio-mechanical look. I wanted an industrial feel with a technical detailed look. “Vertebrae” is the result.  This one probably isn’t for the ladies.

Wilhelm says: The CODE: Inspired by the combination of my love for binary LED watches, industrial art and stainless steel, the idea came up for a watch with a cryptic code in its display that stands out to be interesting and eye catching all the time, whether the LEDs are on or off, something many LED watches are lacking.

‘Tentacle’ bio-mechanical alien watch

Peter says: This design is inspired by a combination of sci-fi and the natural world. I wanted to come up with a design that has a simple clutter free bio-mechanical look with a retro feel that could be worn as a piece of jewellery that happens to also tell the time. “Tentacle” was the result which looks like a cross between an arm from a “War of the worlds” tripod and a crustacean.

Trylon LCD watch: Time-travellers wrist wear.

Peter says: This is “Trylon LCD” an LCD version of the original Trylon concept.

Like the original design this watch is inspired by the image of the “flux capacitor” from the time traveling Delorean from the “back to the future” movies combined with a hint of Cylon.  The name “Trylon” came from the combination of the “Y” shape face and Cylon like display.
