PXL Digital Numbered Watch Design

(English) Design submitted by Laszlo from Hungary.

Laszlo says: I wanted to design a very easy to read watch. The PXL concept shows the figures in two different modes. Both are instantly recognizable (hours on top, minutes in the middle and seconds at the bottom).

It has a metal case, rubber strap and overall simple design.

I think Sam described it well as cute, the shape of the numbers have a retro fun look makes me thing of a Tamagotchi for reasons I know not! lol
The little numbers look like digital pets to me, what that says about my mental state I dont know. Nice work anyway 5/Y Best of luck! :D

Cute. I feel that the numbers, especially the “9″, is like talking to me because the shape reminds me of dialog’s balloon in comic strips!

  6. avatar Laszlo より:

    Thank you Leonard!
Yes, the numbers speak for you, (and not only the 9!) showing the current time.

Pixel powa ! This one is really cool.
Reminds me of a tamgotchi also, or my nights spent with the eyes too close from my game boy ^^
I like the big screen. I would definitely wear it. Well done Laszlo !

I like the idea to divide the time in three row. However, I don’t like the digits. I wouldn’t buy.
