Sunci says: “I simply had a dream about FOXI in which I saw every detail sharp and clear from the time-telling to the strap’s pattern, even the colours. The e-ink idea followed quickly, I wanted to create a watch that doesn’t require button pushing to check the time, but shows it constantly.

Using an accelerometer or tilt sensor, the interface of this design rotates adding an interesting element of movement to the design and to ensure that the current minutes are always aligned at the 12 o’clock position. Continue reading

Paul says: “I came up with the idea for this watch design after talking to a friend, who had suggested a hexagon design. I wanted something using a similar shape and decided on a pentagon for the hours. It reminded me of an old childrens program called The Adventure Game. The money was hexagons and pentagons.

Laszlo says: “This idea come from my previous watch concept (ECHOES) which can be seen here.” This watch design has a circular display on a rectangular case with rings of LEDs emanating from the centre in an outward manner, segments of which display the time.
