Jonny says: “I was fed up seeing really awesome concept watches that I could not buy. It struck me that by law a watch must be a face and a strap. We are unable to buy the watch with a display all the way round your wrist designed by Peugeot or what ever. I wanted a concept that was realistic. Also… every time I look at my watch the face has disappeared to the underside of my wrist. Therefore I designed what looks like a heavy and expensive yet totally kickin’ rad solution. Jordan says: “I was just messing with triangles one day and found that 12 hours and 60 / 5 minutes fit perfectly into a pyramid type idea. It’s designed to be very minimalistic, containing no buttons. The time is read from the segments around the edge – large segments are one hour apiece, the smaller segments are five minutes each, and the triangles on the inside are one minute each. Sam says: “I saw a documentary on TV about the “fifth pocket” on a a pair of jeans. They interviewed people on the streets and asked, “What is this little pocket for?” The most people said, it is for coins, chewing gum packages or condoms. Some people knew it was originally made to carry a pocket watch. After seeing this, I wanted to revive the initial usage of the fifth pocket also known as watch pocket. Continue reading
A new concept from the Tokyoflash Design Studio.
A simple watch design that uses an LCD screen backlit with colored LEDs to display the time. The digits of time are camouflaged within the lines of the display. One benefit of this LCD watch design is that the display is always on and can always be read without touching the button. Continue reading

The lines of light running horizontally represent hours. When the light is green, it counts as an hour. The vertical slashed line of light running through the center of the watch represents minutes. The hour lights represent 10 minute milestones. Continue reading
