Geometrik LCD watch is both artistic and cryptic.

Design submitted by Lloyd from Australia.

Lloyd says: “Geometrik” is an LCD concept watch that displays the time and date in a cryptic and artistic way.

As you can see in the images below, the digits’ outlines are formed by overlapping squares and rectangles.

Geometrik is USB rechargeable via a computer, and has an alarm. The watch’s case and strap are made from stainless steel and are available in silver or black. They are also etched with the same geometric patterns as used in the display. The display is available in different colours and is “always on”.

This design would appeal to anyone who likes cool modern gadgets, puzzles, art, creativity, thinking “outside the box” and having fun.

It stands out because of its unique and easy to read cryptic display.

  1. Was waiting for this one to hit. Love this design! Bravo, Lloyd!

the digits are hard to see at first, and then BAM! They just pop right out at you once you shift your perception slightly.

  2. This is brilliantly find the hidden numbers puzzle! I was waiting for this too. Sooner or later, all of puzzles in your book will be converted to watch design in this blog. The purple and white of this design look casual and modern, for thinkers. 5* Wanted 😉

    • Hehe thanx Firdy! I’ve had to create most of them from scratch for the blog. I made this up a few weeks ago. Have to think of something else now. 🙂 I’ll take a look through my books and see if I can find anything suitable.

  4. This really is a cool work of art, and it is very easy to read with nice clear digits. It is also a very cohesive design, with the pattern on the watch and band alluding to the digital display. Very elegant. I just love it, I would give it a 6 if I could!

  7. Not a big fan of Geometry, or for that matter, math, but I LOVE Geometrik. Geometrik is playful and smart, a little cheeky and a little suave. I can see myself wearing the gray monochrome one with a slight smirk on my face and a spring in my step.

The digits look complicated to spot at first, but with a bit of keen observation, the numbers naturally reveal themselves.

    5 and yes.

    Good luck!

  8. If you manage to change the 0 and 8 to the glyph style it’d make it perfect! I really hope I can buy it soon!

  9. Well that was an easy to score design, 5 big fat stars for you sir and Yes. Love how the numbers have an unusual look to them but still are simple to read. I’ll have one with a black face and red numbers 🙂

  11. I like the digits on this one, unlike the shapeshifter’s digits, but I prefer a simple band/case, like the shapeshifter’s one, which is very nice. My suggestion would be to use these digits with the shapeshifter case/band.
