Prehistoric Futuristic

The skeletal frame of this concept creates a completely unique appearance. In the spaces either side of the face, where the frame is split, the operation buttons and USB charging port are located.

Bright blue LED segments make up the interface which displays the time; hours in the outer ring and groups of five minutes in the inner most ring, in the same position as numbers on a clock face. Single minutes 1-4 are located in between.

The screen is covered with mineral crystal glass and the stainless steel strap is narrow to fit in with the theme.

  1. Oh yeah, this has the WOW factor! I’d love to see this available at Tokyoflash. It’s easy to read, has USB charging and loving the overall shape. Reminds me a little bit of Terminator or something.

  2. I like the face of this watch, including its housing. I do thing that the different aspects of time would be better if different colours were used. I like the USB charging. I think a day and date feature should also be included. Looking at the strap quite a bit, I feel it just does not match well, the proportions of the strap with the face do not seem to go well together. If you wanted a ‘skeletal’ look for the strap as well, I would make the overall width of the strap more, but have some gaps in the links. In other words the current strap links are rectangular, curved and solid. The gaps could be made by having rectangular and non-solid curved links – by ‘drilling’ out a smaller inner rectangle from each link.

  3. I also think that the strap needs reworking. I would suggest a larger, chunkier strap to match the weighty look of the watch itself. Other than that I think that this looks like a great watch that would look even greater with a cool progressive light-up animation when you turn it on. Great work!

  4. I like the design, however, I really don’t like the strap. I feel that the design is similar to the Rouge, but this one has a more powerful feel to it. With that feeling, it needs a wider, heavier strap would be more fitting for this design. I prefer the heavier watches like Diesel because they feel big and are noticeable, however, the Tokyoflash designs are much better and draw a lot more attention than Diesel, especially at night and at parties.

  5. Think this would be popular in Japan, but the strap is too thin to be a mans watch. A bit feminine due to the strap. If you went with a strap that complimented that cool case then it would be a very manly watch. Display is the same as Rogue, so would like to see something different.

  6. This watch is absolutely beautiful. I agree, that the bracelet is WAY to small. I also would suggest that a big heavy bulky bracelet would be appreciated by all. I would a lot of “heft” to the watch which also appears more expensive. Big and bulky is in style. love the colour and every thing else. the usb charging is pure genius, because i am tired of changing the batteries on my other 5 Tokyoflash watches. put on a big wide 22mm + bracelet, very thick, and keep everything else the same. Great watch! I’ll buy if for sure when it is avail.for sale.

  7. im sure im just re covering whats been said already but a wider wristband and id buy this, the thinner bracelet would be fine for women but is a little thin for a mens watch in my opinion (being as the design is rather masculine, in my opinion anyway)
