Sam says: The inspiration for this watch is a particle collider. The basic idea is to have two different types of particles coming from the straps and colliding in the case and explode in a pattern that tells the time.
Peter says: This is “Trylon Lite” an simplified version of the original Trylon concept.
In the prospect that Trylon should get a second chance at development I have had a few thoughts regarding simplification. In order to reduce watch case/modual size I have taken the lid hinge and latch outside of the case cavity. I have done a few variations which have their own merits.
Jonathan says: I imagined how time would flow through wrist watches of the future. How would the cycle of time be depicted visually with both the straps and the case? I had the entire watch interact with all of its components in a balanced way that creates the illusion of motion. (Motion of time)
Andrew says: Morpheus is a design concept for a smart wrist watch that connects with you smart cell / mobile phone or MP 3 Player. Furthermore this concept is inspired by the science fiction film The Matrix. Available three materials: Black IP , White Acetate or Stainless Steel.
