Andrew says: The following six digit multiple color LED wristwatch is inspired by Cam Alien a multiple Color LED that uses a built in camera to change color. Design submitted by Peter (UK) & Sam (Germany)
Karmalien: however responds to the wearers emotional / physical state.
Wilhelm says: Splitting digits is nothing new here on the TF blog, so I was inspired to create another version of this idea. My brief was simple; the watch must be easy to read, easy to be manufactured, while keeping the exclusive spirit of a TF watch.
Valentin says: I came up with this design when i was in a meeting and my friend asked me for the time, so i showed him the time with my my fingers using my left hand. I know its kinda corny the way i came up with this lol but i think it works. I called it MK-1 WEAPON. Being a alien weapon, i decided on one of the color schemes to represent master chief from halo.
Peter says: This is 3Delix an evolution of an older design called “Swirl”
Swirl worked by using spiral shaped hands connected to an analogue movement which converted radial movement to linia movement. Allowing the time to be display in a column like window. 3Delix takes this concept into the third dimension.
Peter says: This concept is an evolution of an earlier design called “stealth” .
The original “stealth” concept featured a triangular shaped watch body with three displays showing the time in a choice of digital and digital analogue formats. This concept retains those features but with a more alien bio-engineered steathy shape.
Peter says: I am as many blog regulars will know a little obsessed by all things automotive. So just for a change I have done a design inspired by automotive products, in this case motorcycle fairings and headlights.
