Looks cool Laszlo, as all the tunnel inspired designs of yours do. I think I still prefer the round version, it seemed slightly more elegant IMHO. What would be cool (and I don’t know if it’s possible) would be to animate the tunnel as if you were travelling thru it. So the blocks would pulse a little from the centre outward, and if the blocks could be arranged in a way that allowed them to move left and right a little it would feel like you were moving thru a 3D tunnel. Probably talking none sense but would look awesome. 5/Y best of luck! :D

My son wore his new watch and on day 2 the strap came apart and pin fell out. After about 5 emails to Tokoyo flash and no reply I am losing any hope in their so called ‘customer service’ A reply and a new pin would be nice – what a waste of money and a disappointed child :-(

If you are reading this Tokoyo Flash please get in touch. I cannot get a new pin in the UK.

      Hi Alison,
The customer service is usually pretty good.
Are you on facebook, if so head over to the Tokyoflash fb page. You can comment there and it should be seen quickly. Also have you tried these email addresses?:

I have found TokyoFlash service to be excellent, but you do have to allow for timezone differences and may have to wait a day or two for a reply. I have found that they usually reply to emails at the end of the Japanese working day, but they follow through with service that is hard to beat. Don’t give up on them.

Try writing to the second email on the below page

Ditto, Alison. The same thing happened with me – a pin fell out, strap came apart and the watch fell on the ground. Tokyoflash customer service is good – they sent me a new watch and reimbursed shipping costs for return of the defective watch. Check your spam filter, as they are very prompt in answering emails.

I really like this. Your previous round version was great too, but has a different fell to it. I’d probably want one of each. This give me the feeling of walking down a corridor with twists and turns. Easy to read and a definite 5*/Y from me.

Looks good, Laszlo, though it may take a while becoming familiar with reading the time.

I thought all your designs scored 4 and above, Laszlo. I suspect someone from the Downrater department doesn’t like you!

I liked the visual effect of the original design. The angular version is not much my taste. I keep hoping for the round version :)

    Both version are good.

I just realized that the round version look a bit Egyptian inspired, specially if it is rotated 1/4 circle up/down.

The round version could also be made as pocket watch & this could be made as a smartphone app.
