Whoa! super cool design, Laszlo! I like the whole thing, the digits are amazing, the case and strap are stylish, and the pulsing rounds out the lot.

Very nice! Question: Do you and Pete from UK create these pics yourselves, or does Tokyo Flash help you out? What software do you use?
Thanks for any info.

Hi DZ,
Im afraid we can’t blame TF for our images! lol
Most images you see on the blog are created by the submitter.
TF do model up some designs that are submitted as sketches or text descriptions when the designer doesnt perhaps have access to cad software. I use solidworks, its expensive but very easy to use and comes with its own rendering package. I hope this helps. 😉

Actually, Pete, if they were done by TF, I’d have nothing but praise! I recently submitted a design using Google’s free Sketchup 8, and while OK it doesn’t have the sleekness of many of the submissions.
Anyway…maybe I’ll fork out for some expensive design software.
Thanks Pete and Laszlo

Yes, nice animation and the graphics look cool, but aren’t the digits a bit too similar to TF’s Spider design?

I do think it’s an improvement on their design. 🙂

Yes, the digits similar (TF’s Spider and Peter’s Honeycomb) but the final result is different.

I love the case & the digits design. I would buy if the “blinking” animation wouldn’t be alway on ( like the 1st pic)

But it’s always on. (in my version)
