Design submitted by Laszlo from Hungary.
Another beautifully presented LED watch design that uses square rings on the interface to display the time. This concept is simple to understand but also visually very appealing. The design has AM, PM and an alarm function.
The 12 LEDs in the top section indicate the hours (red or white, 1 LED stands for 1 hour), the 11 LEDs in the middle indicate minutes in groups of 5 (red or white, 1 LED stands for 5 minutes) and the 5 LEDs in the bottom indicate minutes (red or white, 1 LED stands for 1 minute). The 12th LED in the middle is blue when an alarm is set. The 11th and 12th LEDs in the bottom turn blue depending on whether it’s AM or PM. The design has an unusual strap that has three sections, the links appearing like bricks.
If you would like to see this concept become reality in the future vote for it and comment below to let Laszlo know what you think.
I’m not so sure about the display on this design (it might be a little too minimalistic/has too much negative space for my taste), but I think the strap has to be one of the coolest I’ve seen here so far.

Very nice but it seems something is missing a little bit. Not sure what. Maybe it’s simplicity is a little to simple… if it make sense to you. 🙂

Yeah, i’m with TheSquirrel, the strap ROCKS! The packaging is beautiful too. The display feels a little bit like a simple board game or very old simple video game. Definitely not my favorite display from “Laszlo” series. It isn’t as thematic or visually appealing as some of your previous ones. Keep ’em coming though Laszlo, love looking at your designs!
