I am basically all about the bling so to speak, and a watch like this that would have the little orange lines showing throughout would be awesome. The rounded dial is a nice change to the simply blocky dial looks. The zero makes sense for 'midnight' time, but not so much for 'mid-day' time (i.e. 12pm). I would suggest keeping the 'zero' bar for the 'midnight' time and adding another bar for 12pm, just below the '11' bar.
